(she plays acoustic guitar and various string instruments for gigs and fun). She told me about how she just couldn't get it at the time and then the store ended up closing. this was many months ago. I hunted it down and got it for her birthday the other week. She was so impressed because she only told me about it in passing and I secretly took down notes and began investigating until I found one. Then I secretly stored it at her parent's place before I picked her up and we drove to see her parents. I surprised her with a custom heart shaped birthday cake and then the ukulele. I feel like i've planned romantic dates, gifts, and cards... but as long she says I'm romantic, I'll take it! ๐

But Ange, you scared the crap out of me because in my notes, just an hour earlier, I had jotted down; "Who is Mr. Braun's wife?". ๐. In my episode 10 notes, my previous guesses for FB were Barrel Titor (Obv wrong), Mr. Braun and Floppy Banana teleporter (that got sentient).

2023-05-07 23:54:27 +0000 UTCYup yup, to me Episode 19 is definitely one of the darkest ones. It makes me feel for Moeka's pain and loneliness even if I cannot condone the actions that led her there. [Fun fact] The part of the visual novel that actually fucked me up the most did not even make it to the anime, as it is one of the (early) endings: The 'Okabe Groundhog Day'. On this day, before Mayuri dies, the lab mems all go to Comima and have an awesome time. So, at a loss of what else to do, Okabe decides to repeat that same day over and over and over again until it becomes a neverending loop. The thing is: He starts slowly losing his sanity and it's the most unsettling shit. I can't actually remember how it ends -it's been about 10 years - but I think, thankfully, either Kurisu or Suzuha manage to snap him out of it. [End of (actuallynotso)Fun Fact]

I do think it's more like we getting to know him better too, although he sure grew up quite a bit as well with all this crazy stuff going on around him. But yeah I'm enjoying his character a lot. I did like him before but more as a comical relief, although he did show pieces of his true self here and there already, which was pretty cool and gets to be fully explored now. A very well written character overall. Not like the others are not, but obviously he stands out the most. Didn't get to watch the whole show the first time and I'm glad to be watching it until the end along with you now, guys ๐
