It's some characters in the anime that do, not the message of the anime itself. Big difference there.

Its certainly NOT anti religion. but it might critize aspects of it, and bring others as well. Howrever in essence, Vinland Saga its a very spiritual show. and I mean this quite literally.

I don't think the songs in Vinland Saga are all banger like Demon Slayer or Aot, but the second ending of Vinland Saga is sung by Milet (she will be singing the opening in Demon Slayer season 3), and she is one of my favorite J-pop artist, hope to see you guys react to her unique voice!
