It's Garou but they write it as Garo in some subtitles. It is pronounced like ga-ro though. For reference, my nickname is both his "monster" title and his name correctly spelled in romaji (that is Japanese written with the Latin alphabet).

Also Mumen's rider's face was fine because it was mainly his forehead that was bleeding. He had bandages over it in the hospital. This was a cool ep overall but you can really see the animation quality drop outside of the detailed textures in some frames, the overall fluidity and smoothness is completely gone. It becomes really obvious if you contrast Golden Ball and the Mustache dude's fight here compared to the first season when they fought the seaweed monster thing. At least the soundtrack was good and Garuo is an interesting character and a good villain for the series.

If I didn't read the manga, I probably would have thought he would be seriously injured or even dead. Saitama gifting the banana, then eating it himself reminded me of Chainsaw Man's Denji scene with the basket of apples. Same energy from the two 🤣😂
