"the worst way possible" view seems to be that it'll be some gruesome death with no point or glory/honor, while "will fucking rule" seems to be that he'll go out in some blaze of glory. In either case, to me at least, both options are semantically the same. Regardless of the actual outcome though is that the devil here is intrigued enough to view it first hand.

Of course we as humans might not think that way, but a devil? It's very believable that one could be excited about what they perceive to be a crazy/fire/dope death. That's how I read it.

So it was more of a threat "Listen or they will be blind forever, help us with the names and we return their eyes" One more clearup point about the yakuza. Some of the yakuza guys made a deal with the gun devil, in exchange of helping the gun devil, the gun devil gives them guns and 20.000 yen. I think you misunderstood it the other way arround with them giving him 20.000 yen ;)

That's why her nose was bleeding, it was implying the spit it out ability takes a larger sacrifice than just a nail and does internal damage.

Also he was using the future devils power the entire fight there with the ghost, he can peek into the future and that's it like the future devil said but then its up to him whether he can react to it or not.
