A lot of reactors seem to love the beginning when himeno is drunk and donβt even understand that denji is only 16 but they hope that he still has sex with her. Lots of reactors love that scene so much itβs weird.

2022-12-22 17:13:42 +0000 UTCit isnt made super clear in the anime, but after the terrorist attack 13 years ago that made the gun devil appear, guns were banned *internationally* except for military/police/devil hunters in an attempt to weaken the gun devil. in real life, Japan does have especially stringent gun laws that make it incredibly difficult to get a firearm, but Aki's point in mentioning that they're using guns is that since the attackers aren't police or hunters, they *have* to be involved with the gun devil in order to have gotten their hands on guns, and that would be the recognizable case anywhere in the world. also not sure if you caught it but the guy in the ramen shop who won't shut up about his grandfather revealed to denji with the picture that his grandfather was the yakuza boss who denji killed in ep 1.
