Almost no grade 1 sorcerer has achieved it and they still don't know how many special-grade sorcerers actually exist. I mean if you think about what you're dealing with, Fushiguro literally merges with his shadow which then begins submerging you...like what are you even fighting at that point? Basically, it's unknown how to even trigger a DE, and by doing so Megumi just leap-frogged many characters regardless it's still incomplete. To be fair though, I didn't fully comprehend the power-scaling either first watch...there's still a lot they gonna learn.

Alternatively, Sukuna intervenes or he escapes somehow but what could Yuji actually do against it without a cursed technique? Like, have fun trying to black-flash shadow clones as you're being submerged into pitch darkness while getting jumped by shikigami. Not to mention Megumi would physically be close to par with Yuji within his domain at this point of the story, in addition to having a stash of cursed weapons at his disposal. Conversely, that's probably the only way Megumi could win but that's just his card to play now.

2022-11-06 10:14:12 +0000 UTC(Possible Spoiler. be warned if you read further) I feel like if there was a 1v1 Yuji may still come out on top, because it didn't seem like Megumi was actually able to completely manifest the domain, because in the other domains like Jogo's and Gojo's, they also use a barrier technique to seal the person inside, but if Megumi is able to learn how to manifest barriers, his domain wouldn't actually have a guaranteed hit attack because of the nature of his Ten Shadows technique, the domain just acts as a way to expand the use of the Ten shadows (like he had done in ep 23 with his frogs and the fake megumi)

Also, the female characters in this show are soooo good compared to most other shounen in my opinion, especially Nobara. I loved how they gave her a chancew to show off, even pulling off a black flash. Can't wait for season 2!

2022-11-05 18:02:11 +0000 UTCNot a manga reader, so this is speculation: Nobara and Yuji are epic for sure, but don't underestimate Megumi. He has a psychological block in that he is so much in control, that he isn't normally able to rise to his potential. What we saw in EP23 was him letting go of that and do something that would probably have ended Yuji and Nobara's fight very quickly (IMO). Despite the white Sukuna finger curse not having any techniques, its pure cursed energy is very high level and dangerous. Purely a guess here, but if that curse had the rot technique, I could imagine the time would have been much shorter.

It's a huge power up to land one remember? now Nobura landed one, so now she is WAY better than before... same power up than yuji in the forest. And megumi getting his domain expansion, they are all op.

Been at the hospital all night, and was about to jump into bed, despite it being 3.30pm. But then I check my mail, and see that you have uploaded this reactions.
