You might hate Akaza like a lot of us Ange, but dang you have to admit his theme freaking slaps, and I’d love to see you cover his theme or maybe even Rengoku’s theme one day!

I’m one of those (few) people that voted to watch this episode before the movie, but I think you guys are totally right, it works either way. I probably should hate Akaza as much as you guys do, but I just can’t. His voice actor / character design / abilities are soooo sick. I haven’t read the manga so I have no idea what will happen, but I hope we get to see him go all out fighting Tanjiro one day. And I’m curious about his backstory, the anime has done such a good job with showing those (except lower 1, who didn’t get one for some reason). Can’t wait for the next arc reaction!
