I think Gojo simply recognizes Miwa as being his "type", not necessarily that he would go for HER specifically. Teacher-student relations and all that. Just his idea of a favorable personality in a partner. He likes nice girls, not mean ones (which is basically all the rest of them lmao).

The author said whenever you see him wear his glasses with normal clothes on, he either has a date or is about to go to one.
