you're mad at him for doing his job? see, i i feel for tanjiro and nezuko but i can also see the problem for sanemi's perspective. he probably seen a lot of shit, kids, women, families, slaughtered by demons, comrades brutally killed in the war. he had no reason to trust nezuko or tanjiro. he sees a demon, he kills it. very simple.

If anything, what he did helped Tanjiro & nezuko gain trust from the others for showing proof which is what they had literally asked for. Tengen has said "don't just explain, show us that she won't harm humans" ,& without Sanemi, it wouldn't have happened.

2022-09-27 01:43:42 +0000 UTCrandom fact, The Hashira (柱 はしら) translates essentially to "The Pillars" so they are essentially the pillars supporting the demon slayer corps Im also fairly certain in episode 19 Tanjiro referred to it as "Hinokami Kagura", meaning "Dance of the Fire God", so not quite fire breathing!
