I cant agree more with this particular comment. Viserys feels half out of touch (without the one hand) but seems to be the only "not ugly" character in the entire show.

I'll just be here for the reactions but I am not watching this show from now on. Every character feels ugly now. Nothing to look forward to. I am okay with blood and gore during battle but 2 labor scenes, just to make me feel uncomfortable, nope. There is a problem when you do too much game of thrones and focus on just 2 bloodlines, it devolves into a drama that is not requisite.

2022-09-28 12:25:39 +0000 UTCThey did well with the new cast. So glad about it (had my doubts for sure). 😃 👍 For me the show still has to struggle with the time jumps. Another jump and another complete change for some characters. Don't get me wrong these changes are understandable and necessary of course, but the show has to put a lot of effort and screentime into explaining what had happened in this time or just has to leave it to you to imagine it yourself. Compare it to GoT: we had way more characters and way more locations. Still the character development was much more smoothly and understandable. That is why it is a little hard to align to the characters imo. Again, no offence to this show at all! Love it. The story is as it is and so they will have to cover these time jumps somehow. I feel that once we reach a point were we have no more jumps we will immediately get that alignment to the characters back. For this episode Laena going off like a boss (deciding for herself how to die) and Larys getting into play big time are just great! 👍 Is it bad that I had hoped for Harwin to get 10 more seconds with Cristen? Would have been full circle for the weeding fight then.. 😜
