As explained in the gojo ep, one of the biggest reasons to have a domain is it makes you automatically hit your cursed techniques. Mahitos main thing is touching the soul so when he brings someone into his domain he is automatically in contact with their soul. Sukuna said "yo dont do that to me" so he was trying to be respectful but then when yuji broke in an Mahito accidently touches him which is why you so the realization of panic on mahitos face when yuji breaks in. Hes not afraid of yuji and walking into someones domain is walking into a deathtrap so that would usually be good for Mahito. Being a infant curse, mahito doesn't fully understand domains yet, he didn't realize yuji could so easily break in and maybe he didn't even consider the possibility that yuji would attempt it, but yuji does. And to clarify, its not that yuji is big braining it and understands that they will winn just by breaking in... Yuji's just too ignorant to understand how dangerous entering a domain actually is. If you made it to the end of my long winded explanation, congrats and I hope it explained atleast something XD

2022-09-26 12:43:31 +0000 UTCThe reason Mahito didn't trap Yuji in along with Nanami is most likely because Sukuna warned him when he touched Sukuna's soul trying to use his idle transfiguration on him last episode Sukuna got mad but because they both ridiculed Yuji together he'd let it slide but he wont be so forgiving if he touched it a second time and he unintentionally touched Sukuna's soul a second time when Yuji entered his domain.

2022-09-25 22:39:39 +0000 UTCMahito is such a good villain, but a nasty character. What he means by killing Itadori's soul is to break him psychologically. Worst part is that he is SO good at it. Firstly he pits Junpei against Itadori and just when that issue is solved, he kills Junpei and laughs about it... this results in Itadori displaying anger he couldn't imagine before and kinda going against what he has said until now ("I don't want to kill"). Then he is forced to kill 3 former humans with his own hands, until finally collapsing at the critical moment, resulting in Mahito getting away. All these things are things that "kills Itadori's soul" bit by bit. So many things all at once and more than any regular powerful villain, I am most terrified about what Mahito is going to do, since he is so focused on psychological torture.

2022-09-25 17:53:36 +0000 UTClet me explain how domain expansions works, and why Mahito left Yuji out. when a sorcerer cast a domain, most of domains allows the user a garanteed hit of whatever techniques this sorcerer/curse uses. and once you inside, the technique is already active, Mahito's technique work by touch, so when you're trapped in his domain is like he's already touching you. and Sukuna said to not touch him again. that's why Mahito left Yuji out. since Yuji invaded, the rules of mahito's domain applied instantly to Yuji and Mahito didn't want that because he ended up touching Sukuna's soul involuntarily, because is how domains work.

That’s why Yuji and Nanami were surprised when Mahito was suddenly bleeding.

I think that since once a person gets trapped in the domain, the cursed technic will surely hit unless the person trapped can overwhelm the one using the domain. Therefore, when Yuji entered, the transfiguration technic that Mahito uses tried to hit Yuji which unfrotunately for Mahit, hit Sukuna. Which is the 2nd time that Sukuna's soul was touched which pissed him off. Well, that's my take on it. Not sure if it's right tho. Anyways, love the reactions

2022-09-25 16:04:05 +0000 UTCJust to clarify, breaking into the domain does not make it go away. It is usually counter-intuitive because they would be trapping themselves as well. All cursed techniques are guaranteed to hit within a domain, meaning they cannot avoid being touched by Mahito. Under normal circumstances, Yuji would just die after breaking in. The only reason why they survived was because Mahito touched Sukuna's soul when Yuji entered (after being previously warned not to) and Sukuna got angry.

In Thailand (my country) I’ve been told that if you sneeze 1 time means someone talks about you but if you sneeze twice in a row means someone missing you.
