The show makes people smile, laugh and squeal with delight. Anime doesn't always have to be dramatic fight sequences . I still think C&A would really appreciate other "notebook" shows like erased or Stein's;Gate.

I think they mostly understand that DN is not trying to mock the religion in particular, but it still made them feel uncomfortable because of the way it used Christian reference (or whatever), which I think is fair. VS is nothing like DN as it incorporates Christianity in a more solid and serious way. Religion was deeply taken root in people’s life in the past, so this story cannot ignore that part. And about ep. 20, it’s the moment where the perspective of the religion changed for one character, but it’s not like this series is trying to say that one character’s perspective represents Christianity.

It is a small minority of characters in it that do, who also happen to be evil murderers by the way. Vinland Saga is a anime with historical accuracy. It only makes sense that it contains these things.

They said it will not be a re-occurring issue. There’s so many great shows that involve Christianity and religion, I don’t think we have to avoid them

Still feel like it would be a much better show for them to react and give their insight on similar to AoT but it is what it is, id love to make 500 more accounts to vote for 86 lol but i dont got the facilities for that haha. Spy Family being much more recent and adorable would be my second choice on the poll and the animation in JJK is great but the story cant even compare to Eighty Six unfortunately. Ill still watch them react to it but cant say im surprised with the results.
