Remember that at this point most viewers have been watching and waiting for 6 years. So not only has a lot happened in those 4 months, for the viewers it has already been 6 years, so it's a good reminder that the in-universe time has been relatively short.

Also for that end credits part, It was 3am and I was binging AOT, I put my phone down but kept the headphones on and I got up to get some water and then the music cut and all those sounds came on. I have seen many reactors regret watching it but I reckon you guys will be fine

I didn't watch this post-credit scene the first time, and I was shocked when it happened later in the show. But it definitely won't spoil the show to you.
