He then wiped their memories of the world so now no one inside the walls know what happened 100 years ago or why the titans first attacked

2022-05-26 13:41:01 +0000 UTCThey can propel themselves with just gas, and since Levi is so small he can ride that momentum much farther than an average soldier. Just like when he went Sonic mode on the Female Titan, he wasn't anchored to anything, he was just propelling himself with the gas.

2022-05-25 22:35:22 +0000 UTCThe ODM gear in the games is often presented as a booster pack of sorts, while the cables are needed for longer travel, the actual gas can propel them for shorter distances, especially if they have some altitude. Probably the best way to explain it :p

When Levi throws the oil at Kenny and then comes out through the flames to slash him, can anyone tell me how he is moving toward Kenny? He isn't attached to anything via cables. :) This is of course not as bizarre as how they have full conversations while somehow moving in a straight line in parallel with one another while using a mobility device that relies on swinging from anchored points.

That is so rare in media. You would let us know if you wanted a hint at which part of the episode, so won't elaborate further.
