Now, you see why so many people have told you to watch to the "To Be Continued" screen!! This season tends to do that a bit more than others. As for the opening, Ange-that cover was badass and I LOVED it!! Still, I gotta say, I don't know what they were going for with the original song for this one. It's more of an outro type song, in my opinion...too light-hearted. Just doesn't feel like it fits AoT...which is more intense!!

Ange, your cover of Red Swan is incredible. It's my favourite opening from the whole series. So excited for you guys to react to Season 3. You mentioned guns; we've seen them before in the series. The military police cadets in the interior have rifles in season 1. You might remember Marlo, the righteous guy that Annie knew from the MP, he was calling out the guards for selling military equipment. They smacked him in the belly with the butt of a rifle. The scouts don't use guns because they're useless against titans, the MPs are like law enforcement for the interior where there (usually) is no chance of titan attacks, which is why they have the rifles.

Just in case it was missed. The reason Hange grabbed the mans hands is so she could get a closer look at his hands. If you look at his knuckles when she is rubbing them, they're bruised. Which is why she thinks Pastor Nick was their doing.

I'm sure they'll hear this a million times too. The surest evidence of this in the episode is that Armin scolds Mikasa for chopping wood because she was "just grabbed by a titan". A lot of people get confused because of the difference in the animation from switching studios.
