I'm also of the opinion it's best avoided as I prefer the reactions from those who have no idea what's coming as opposed to those who start to piece 2 + 2 together a couple episodes later whilst the scene is really fresh in their minds. And like Charles said it makes the characters 'safe' until that scene happens. I want them to worry lol. I missed the scene and I'm thankful for it. But yeah not a huge deal either way.

Some swear by them, some say they're overrated, some judge the characters without actually paying attention to their motivations, dreams, words and actions. This is the same for many other characters. They're basically treated how you guys kept roasting Burrito man since they don't see them as the "trio" from episode 1. So if anything, you guys are already doing your best to give all characters a chance, and i personally respect your tier lists as they're subjective, much like real life people: different strokes, different perspectives, different selective focus or bias. Keep up the good work!!

So a wrap up video and a tier list update is almost like a must here at the end of each "part" (which i think you can know when the intro changes, if you dont want to google anything, IF your crunchyroll or funimation doesn't tell you.

That's what I expected in terms of things that could never happen hehehee.... But his list was surprisingly more or less the same as mine at season 2 end. Characters fill go up and down that list every other episode i feel. But it's a good way to recap who's who and what they contributed to the story or hype of the show regardless. So Good on you Ange! don't let the fear of the unknown dictate your worries. Embrace your truth and do what you believe in even if others are not going to agree with you sometimes... lord knows this show has its divided communities on things :P

2022-05-16 07:59:57 +0000 UTCThis can go either way. I personally did not watch it in my first run, so I was actually more on edge when the forshadowed scene came to happen live later. The problem with a preview scene is that it puts those characters into a plot armor bubble for a few episodes. And while i'm curious to see how they'll react, I think we'll get that same reaction 12 episodes later instead of a bait hook by the show. It's not going anywhere, it's just reorganized right? So best to recomment to NOT watch it. That being said, IF they did? not the end of the world. But for a blind reaction? Best to skip any previews.

I have seen reactors in the past be pissed off that they watched it because it influenced their reactions in the episodes after that where they couldn’t stop thinking about the particular event. The after credit scene doesn’t add anything that the show doesn’t already do. It only hinders their reaction and ability to enjoy part 2. Also that scene was put there as a tease for part 2 when there was a 6 month break between parts. But because they don’t have to wait it’s pointless watching it

I will say, they should watch the end credits scene to season 3 episode 1-11 at least once to appreciate how the after credit scene of episode 12 was meant to be received.

In my opinion, you guys should NOT watch it, as it is basicly only a spoiler of what’s to come in the following 12 episodes. I guess you guys (Charlie and Ange) maybe get feedback from others as well on this specific after credit scene

I personally skipped the season 3 part 2 intro until after watching the part and am dead certain i would have expected a lot of the plot points in that part if i hadnt. This is a reaction channel and i believe Carlie and Ange are best served by separately reacting to the OP for the part after watching everything depicted in it. Remember that this was a manga originally and manga do not have OPs. Also the studios often consider the anime adaptation to be targetting fans who already read the manga and so arent as concerned about spoilers so much as creating hype ahead of a seasons release to drive up sales. I avoid OP for most anime based on manga until after the season for the same reason i dont watch trailers for movies i know i will watch until after i see them.

All of the people saying don’t watch it know what it means but it’s fine for a first time watcher. That being said, I watch all openings and endings on my first time watching it because it’s how the writers intended us to see it.

The time does not add up at all considering how far away they were from sashas village. 2. Connies dad had arrows in his eyes meaning he couldn’t possibly find the castle anyway. 3. The titan in the castle looked completely different to connies dad. Sorry mate but wherever you heard that info is insanely incorrect

2022-05-15 04:49:55 +0000 UTC@Sean that’s exactly why I loved Reiner this season. The way he was written made it clear there is more at play, and his split persona really made him interesting. Seeing his growth in season 3 and especially 4 has made him my favorite in the whole series.

Essentially him and Bertholdt are the 2 characters which hint towards something bigger at play here. They are both interesting characters and Reiner was the best character in season 2 by far

You can listen but don't visually watch them as some of them show A bit too much and some of them are confusing or retconned or just artistic taste (see what I'm doing here? I'm setting myself for the "maybe it's not important" retort lol) No but seriously do NOT watch the intros or outros. And some episodes have a post credit scene which we will probably remind you about, but rule of thumb is "if it says to be continued, you stop there because the next part is previews. But if it doesn't say to be continued at the title end screen, you can keep watching past the outro for a post credit scene and then stop"

Each part of a season is roughly the same length as season 2 give or take, and they were released separately. Want to reiterate, do not watch the OP for season 3 part 2 or season 4 part 2 they are packed with spoilers and practically a summary of what will happen in that part. Ill also back up Ange that tier lists usually sort left to right after top to bottom. Thanks again so much for all the heart and effort you put into these :)
