fun fact the tower (the card hawkins last drew) in upright posion can mean chaos, destruction, sudden upheaval, trauma, unexpected change, disaster, loss, tragedy, revelations, confusion, pain, divorce, abuse, violence, bankruptcy, natural disasters. In tarot it is the worse card to draw in the upright postion.

He said "That man only has a 1% chance of living til tomorrow" or something like that and contextually, it's WAAAAY more likely he was talking about Drake than Kidd since that was right before they confronted him about being a traitor.
