Yeah but let's be real, Killer is still not laughing at some key moments where he should and feel emotions... because it would ruins those moments, not because they use the illness properly. Not saying he should laugh every time and every sentences, but they clearly lessened the effect with no explanation, for convenience's sake, when it comes to him
