Calling Who's-Who an "Uglier Version of Lucci" is hilarious xddd, i personally think his Man-Beast Form actually looks better... especially the face. Besides... he's a Saber-tooth Tiger, an Ancient Zoan, while Rob is a regular Leopard... if anything that means Who's-Who must be inherently stronger than Rob (at least compared to Lucci from before the Time-skip), which would make Lucci the "Walmart Version". Also... it's funny how Alicia didn't grasp the implication of that last reveal.... Why would the Gum-Gum Fruit -of all things- be transported by a Goverment Ship and Guarded by a Member of CP9? and why would Shanks, who was already a very prominent Pirate by that time.... specifically Target that Ship and steal that Fruit?.
