2025-07-26 18:45:13 +0000 UTCI have no opinion on Dakota Johnson as an actress. Or Jamie Dorman. But the dialogue in the movie is so terrible, I don't think *anyone* could have made it sound good. And that's an improved version over the book. They changed a lot, especially cutting off most of Anastasia's obnoxious inner monologue. They changed so much, I'm pretty sure the author managed to get the director of the first movie swapped out because the movie didn't stick close enough to her "vision".
