One of my first self portraits
Added 2018-05-08 20:39:36 +0000 UTCI was going through my tumblr today and found all of these first self portraits - which is how I got started modeling originally. So I thought I'd post some previews of very old work here so you could see :)
This was before I learned how to use an slr camera and was using my old iphone 4.

I was very much experimenting back then, and I had no idea how to use the self timer properly even. It's been a bit of a learning experience for sure in terms of lighting and equipment :)

It is really a matter of doing it and experimentation, figuring and fussing over what conditions work best with what you wish to do - how to reproduce *effects* to add to - help tell the story for the mind ? You as subject and observer - has a great human power for me.
