But, for now, this is a text post.

Here are some things I have wondered about on this tour:

1) Why does everyone think I drive a car on tour? Why do they think a 3 hour trip is "short"?  I had a photographer contact me the other day and he said "I'm a short drive from Georgia in North Carolina." 

Short drive?

I'm not sure of the exact mileage on that one, but I'm guessing it's far beyond what anyone would consider a short distance. In Europe that would be like driving between countries.

2) Why are there not more restaurants where you can sit down and order a plate of meat and a drink without being bombarded without the most irritating music at loud volumes? On that note, I found a jerky restaurant in Ponce City Market tonight, and it was great. And fancy drinks - there was one with celery and yogurt, and it was strange but delicious. Also, egg white, gin, and rosemary flambe. Fancy.

3) People in the South like Pimento cheese? What exact sort of perversion is that? It is satan food, and that is a fact.

4) Are there people who pay for in-app purchases on sudoku for their phone? And in the case they do, why?

5) This week I saw a guy on facebook talking about "wrecking chicks" (his words, not mine) off of dating apps and how "pussy is a distraction" (shoutout to referring to the women you've treated like garbage by their genitalia...that's pleasant). Also said that hot women on dating apps are all the same and "can't have deep intellectual conversation." How does a person become so self righteous and develop such a deep-rooted sense or moral superiority over all the places they've planted their genitals by using an app on their phone?  The more I see people discussing Tinder, the happier I am that I'm not on it.

6) Why do I keep falling asleep while trying to get through Westworld? Why do I fall asleep trying to watch pretty much any television program? I really need to know what happens to these characters I have no attachment to and forgot the names of.

7) Why does everyone want my list of photographers who hire me? Why do other models find it appropriate to email me demanding my paying work on a constant basis? I didn't email anyone demanding contacts in order to have mine, so it's a bit disconcerting.

8) I found out I can take out a life insurance policy on myself and put my cats as my beneficiaries? New plan.

9) I had a guy email me yesterday and he told me I need to say something to him to make him feel special. Of course I ignored him, but I wonder where a person I've had no contact with ever in my life feels comfortable emailing me and telling me I need to give him emotional support?  Maybe I should start hitting up random cat pages telling them to send me purrs to start my day off right.

10) Why do so many places have HOA fees? HOAs are like adult hall monitors in elementary school, and the only people who really care about them are the kids who cared about the hall monitor in elementary school. Also, if you're trying to charge $600/month HOA fee on a condo in the Northeast because there's a pool, we can't be friends. Am I still paying for the pool in January? Is it indoors? I'm so confused by the pool. It's a non-functioning thing 75% of the year (assuming it's non-functional September-May). Is looking at condos on Trulia bringing down my quality of life just by staring at it on a computer screen?
