I like abilities like Hawkins' "cartomancy" in One Piece. Stuff like Miss Wednesday's realist painting, the six powers, Zoro's demonic aura etc. They add to the worlds wonder by building mysteries. Some of that can be hand-waved with haki now (of which I'm not a huge fan of), but Hawkins is especially interesting because it's kind of hard to determine where the line between his mysterious abilities and devil fruit powers goes exactly. It's also really cool to see someone who behaves so drastically differently in combat. Also, I'm a card game maniac, so I may be slightly biased. 😅

Did a tarot card attack Alicia or her family or something? Hawkins didn’t attack them himself because he would have lost but if his crew didn’t get hurt Kaido would know he let them go so he sent his crew after them and made a show of it to put on the appearance that he tried to stop them.

Ive never sat through watching Wano, I read it, and I'll just say, this pacing is Dressrosa tier and it only doesn't seem as bad because the animation is nice. I wouldn't blame her for using One Pace if she wanted to. 195 episodes for the whole arc btw.
