Cassio nerf is not rlly relevant, most of the time you are playing E max and E damage, this nerf mainly targets cassio vs orianna type matchups where playing Aery and Q max is good.

Jayce mid up a tier, if you build Hubris > Manamune with Absolute focus Jack of all trades, you are quite buffed this patch.

Mel is overrated imo, and even worse next patch, champ is mainly good if W has value in the draft, but usually it doesnt, Ahri is a good matchup for example because its easy to poke and your W has a lot of value, and E easy to hit if she ults to you.

Swain is not Z tier because of this change, but good buff
