Actually meaningful ziggs nerfs this time around, ziggs was so op tho that he is still just better and safer pick than most other mages, and is still better than velkoz or xerath.
Velkoz buffs are welcomed, if ziggs keeps getting nerfed and velkoz gets buffed i could see velkoz being an S+ mage in botlane. But for now ziggs is just better and safer ( having mobility as an artillery mage is huge.
No other changes happend this patch for ADC, but ziggs being picked less should buff champs like Jinx, Xayah
I will give a shoutout to vayne tho, vayne is really strong right now when you can get away with her, even if enemy isnt super tanky you can just go tank vayne with triforce, resolve, hullbreaker etc and ragesplit and be really op.

If you are in top vs riven for example you need defense, but as an adc you dont need to be tanky until a bit later in theg ame So like Botrk into Wits into virtue will often be better, but its a good way to build on hit adcs, i did same on twitch before
