January Updates
Added 2024-01-18 17:48:19 +0000 UTCHi everyone! I'm making this to detail all the updates that are planned for the next build of Little Devil.
- The Save System finally works perfectly! You can load from the main and pause menus, as well as save the game in three different slots. When you load interacting should no longer break.
- A new dialogue UI, we added a much more pleasing to look at dialogue UI to look at, it's also translucent so you can see the characters under the dialogue menu a bit.
- Speaking of dialogue, I went in and fixed a lot of the grammatical errors in the game.
- When pressing "H" in this new version you'll be able to hide the dialogue textbox and names, this should be useful when there are scenes, and you just want to see the image.
-New Expressions! So far only Jasper has new expressions as you're looking at him the most, hopefully, this will help convey his emotions more.
- Finishing up the Act One sex scenes. I'm finishing the final sex scene I have planned for Act One which is Gavin. Later on, I'll go back and add even more to act one. Here's a WIP preview!
- Speaking of sex scenes from this point out I plan on animating all the sex scenes, I found a new method of animating that lets me pump out things like the gif above faster. (For reference the previous Voss Animation took me months.)
-Beginning work on Act Two, I've already begun work on Act Two, and while it won't be fully present in the next build, I wanted to mention it will advance the story forward and give more context to wants going on with Jasper.
- Finally, I've added an intro cutscene that lays the basis for the story and the island that all of these men inhabit.
