Amber Fort stands proudly amidst the rugged hills near Jaipur, its sandstone walls bearing witness to centuries of Rajput grandeur. As the sun sets, casting a golden hue over the ancient structure, the carvings and ornate architecture seem to come alive, whispering tales of valor and romance from a bygone era.
This battlemap is based on the real-life Amber Fort in India, which was built in the 16th century. This fort was protected by double walls on all sides, and three separate layers of walls inside its quarters.
My interpretation of Amber Fort features gardens, royal quarters, a dining area, kitchen, a large temple, guard-houses, and a bathroom.
This map will also be included as part in my Devabhumi setting book, which will be released this year! Devabhumi is an Ancient India-inspired campaign setting, which presents an unique shrouded in rich lore and mystery. Sign up here to be notified when the kickstarter project goes live.
