Added 2023-09-18 19:59:34 +0000 UTCI currently can change the Kobold preset color to whatever I want now using the Dragonborn colors. Still looking into why I can't change the colors. I believe I have a theory on why but will test that theory likely tomorrow, currently at least if I feel I'm running out of time before 1.1 I can at least show players how to modify the color themselves.

Still working on them so I don't have a solid answer for you yet. They're either going to be stuck with the default outfit or going to be compatible with outfits that races.
