She was actully drunk at a bar when she saw Andy walk by and decided that she wanted him and was going to follow him home. Fortunately for her (and Andy), he wasn't going home and was coming to work instead.
Tuesdays are pretty slow, so it was easy enough to slip Kate into the schedule and send her off with Andy. As soon as they were behind closed doors, she ripped his clothes off and took what she wanted.
