All of them have equal access to their entire repertoire of classes, but active (ie. equipped) classes and their skills are only available to the person they are assigned to, while their attributes are based on whoever is in front.

How does the fusion work again? Who does the new class go to? I'm also not sure what gets shared between all of them and what's only for the one who has the class but I think it'd be nice for any of them to have the option to lucid dream on days when they aren't fronting instead of either riding along or being inactive.
