Lakeside Boathouse

Here we've got a small shack by the water that looks to belong to a fisherman or hunter, located alongside a large dirt road. This sort of place could easily be a stop along your adventurers' journey, a side story or short quest for the owner of the building, probably to keep them safe from whatever's lurking in that water, or maybe they've been sent to look around and determine what happened to the hunter who lived out here and recently went missing.
