Secluded Village
Added 2024-09-16 17:58:51 +0000 UTCHello again, folks! This week's map is the Secluded Village (40x40), another autumnal village map! I have made forest village maps before, but in hindsight none of them were quite as forest-y as I would like. This time around these little thatched roof cottages are built around a little pond somewhere deep in the forest and are probably home to the kind of people who want to remain hidden away in the forest and might not appreciate a group of adventurers wandering into town and (probably) causing trouble.
Side note: I mentioned this a couple weeks ago, but Patreon is still phasing out 'per creation' billing, so I'll be forced to change my billing model to 'monthly'. I'll wrap up September with the current model but starting with the first October map I'll change to charging a flat monthly rate for each tier: Apprentice- $4/month, Adept- $8/month, Expert- $20/month, which isn't any different than if I released 4 maps a month with the existing system, which of course means I'll plan on releasing 4 maps a month from here on out. It's less flexible than how it is now, but I have no control over that so here we are. I know this will be a deal-breaker for some of you as you won't be able to tailor your payments to what you're willing to pay and I'll be sorry to see you go, but I totally understand.
