Important Announcement!

Hello dear Patreon supporters. First of all I would like to say thank you to all of you and welcome to all the new supporters.

Your support really means a lot and helps me keep doing what I’m doing. I use 100% of the patreon money on buying new records. So even though it’s just a dollar a month, it helps a lot!

There is one announcement that I need to make. A topic that has been bothering me lately. The audio downloads of the episodes.  As a result of the fact that sharing the audio files is legally not ok, I need to stop that feature starting from June.  In the end of the day, it appears like I'm giving away something that doesn't entirely belong to me.

I understand that for some of you this can be upsetting. Specially those of you who wants to listen to the sets offline. But as an alternative, I will start uploading all the mixes to Mixcloud. Mixcloud has a subscription service that's called Mixcloud Select.  It’s based on a unique revenue share model where everyone involved in making the shows you listen to gets their cut, fairly and legally.  Where you can also download and stream the sets offline using the Mixcloud app with a high quality

65% of the subscription payment goes to Artists and Songwriters. 5% for transaction fees. The rest 30% is shared between me and Mixcloud.

That being said, I know it may be a bit annoying to ask extra money for another sevice. So it’s completely understandable if you decide to leave Patreon. I’m thinking hard to make the Patreon fair for you as a supporter. And I’m going to be working on the tiers, and give away more exclusive content in return. 

Early Access for the episodes will remain for every supporter starting from a dollar a month. For 3 dollars, I will be sharing exclusive Spotify Playlists, share and update monthly my Discogs wantlist and collection list.  And for 7 dollars a month I will add you on my “Close Friends” on Instagram where I share behind the scenes, polls and discussions about the upcoming episodes. I will be sharing some extra details about the records that I play in the episodes and keep doing the exclusive Youtube playlists. In addition to that I will pre-release the new Merch with a special discount to all my Patreon supporters.
