Micro GM-Emulator

I trust the weekend treated you well as the holiday draws to a close (at least in this neck of the woods). During the past week, I focused a bit on playtesting new additions to my swingy (I like swingy) d6 micro-GM emulator system, a staple in my own Solo/GMless pick-up games and the pamphlet adventures I've crafted previously.
I realized that I've been relying heavily on impromptu notes and hastily scribbled tables, often jotted down in pencil and way too easy to lose. This is especially true for managing my combat and NPC interactions.
Thus, I had an idea: why not fashion something readily printable that I could have right in front of me? Attached is the outcome of this more unified effort. I hope you can experiment and playtest with it in your own games!
