Deck of Fantastic Fairs (complete)

Here is the completed version of the Deck of Fantastic Fairs containing 52 cards in total.
I also expanded and cleared up the manual to include interpretative suggestions for each of the symbols used on the cards and also added 52 optional interesting items of note to the deck.
There are many ways to combine the symbols and descriptions found on the cards. This ranges from using the cards to generate every element separately, only using the symbols to generate merchant/store outlines, to using the art as suggested layouts for your own fair. How you use the elements on the cards is entirely up to to you!
