As the shimmercrawler quietly faded back into the Material Plane behind Lorindalasa, the last thing she heard was her friends’ cries of alarm before feeling powerful fangs crush her body and deliver their deadly venom."

This week's PDF was inspired by my reclusive knight patron Jim's creative input: 'arachnophobia'.
Lately, I was thinking more about a past mechanic I made called 'Goblin battle tactics' and how to expand on mechanics like this in more individual detail. Coincidentally, my home campaign reached a point where a mini-boss fight was in order!
I thought it was a good point to test out a combat stack priority system idea I had lying around, and make a sort of mini AI for the monster my characters were fighting. I hope you guys enjoy battling the shimmercrawler!
