Scrapping the Move
Added 2020-08-23 21:37:01 +0000 UTCAfter finding out about a LOT of hidden fees on SubscribeStar that Patreon doesn't have, I am going to just stay on this platform after all.
They were hitting 20% upfront for all pledges, and then you have to have a certain amount before you can even request payment. That is insane.
Please disregard the posts about moving, I am no longer leaving Patreon.

they have a secret 7.1% they tack on if Adult, and they have a $0.30 charge on top of that, and at the $3 I was charging a pledge, that was 20%, I would have needed to charge a LOT more to offset the costs of that plus the lack of subscribers moving over.
