Update Stuff For June '25

It's pretty much the middle of the month if you don't think about it too much, so let's get to it 😤

I got a big opportunity near the end of last month, so I've been prioritizing that, meaning this might be a one-and-done month, but at least it's for a good reason:

It's a single-page exhibitionist/mask-gag comic for CottontailVA! I've been a fan of hers for a while, so it's kind of surreal to be working on something for her.

This one's in the final steps, so it'll be done by the end of the month.

I've also been working on some other gift art projects for some of my mutuals on X/Twitter.

Here's some stuff for one for Yumezuki Yomi:

Neither of these other projects'll be ready by the end of this month, but I'll be working on them in the background as warm-ups or to pass time between comms.

Projects like this give the opportunity to try new ideas & compositions, along with working at a slower pace without worrying about time & money constraints. Also, I could draw more popular characters or something, but I don't want to just make more slop for a pile, at least this way I'm also making something for people that would see & appreciate it. I'll probably do more of these in the future, but I have a bunch of ideas for future stuff so who knows...

After the CottontailVA comm is done, I have two more for the backlog to get through, and then I'll probably take a break from comms for a while before opening things back up for late Summer or Fall.
