Status Update #1

Some of you may have noticed that my Pixiv account was suspended for a few days last week. The reason was a DMCA claim.
At first, I thought it was just a troll or not legitimate—but after researching the company behind the claim and talking to other creators who were also affected, I realized it was real.
After removing the content I suspected was being targeted (since Pixiv doesn’t actually tell you—you have to guess...), the suspension was lifted.
From now on, I’ll be avoiding the following series and will be removing related content from here soon: Pokémon, Black Lagoon, Spy x Family, Frieren, and Dandadan.
#2 Name Change
I’ve been thinking about this for a long time, and over time, I’ve become more confident in my decision: I want to change my name.
When I first got into this whole AI thing, I never expected it to grow into what it is now—so I just picked a random name to post under. I could go into all the reasons behind the change, but honestly, there’s no point in boring you with the details.
In short: I want a unique name that isn’t tied to any brand or other content creators.
The plan is to make the change once my “Old but Gold” series comes to an end—which will likely be in a little over a month.

I've never seen any of those series except for Pokémon and Black Lagoon, meaning Spy x Family, Frieren, and Dandadan. It would be interesting to see that work before it's deleted.

2025-05-05 16:41:42 +0000 UTCRegarding the DMCA, it was bad that your Pixiv account was suspended, although it's not very common for the company to take down 18+ images, but I suppose he spoke out of ignorance. If the Old but Gold series were to end at issue 100, it would be a good farewell, and I hope it's a great ending. I don't see your name change as that bad, although as always, I'll know you as Alex. XD
