I’m reaching out because I’d love to get your input on how I can improve my Patreon and make it more enjoyable for you all. Since I’m still fairly new to Patreon and learning as I go, I’d really appreciate any ideas or suggestions you might have!
I'm not necessarily looking for ideas about which characters to create — but if you've seen cool features or interesting content on other Patreons you follow, I'd love to hear about it! Whether it’s new types of content, special perks, or fun ways to engage with you all, I’m open to any creative suggestions.
Also, I know some of you have mentioned wanting a request or commission feature — I totally get that, but that’s not something I’m ready to offer just yet. I hope you understand!

I was actually looking for ideas for new features, so it's not exactly what I was looking for — but I can address this anyway. Unfortunately, I’m already at my limit with what I can do. Maybe other creators have a better system — so be it. I want to be completely transparent: if you’re sticking around in the hope that I’ll start putting out more content, I can assure you that’s not going to happen. I’m at my limit, and honestly, it’s more likely that I’ll be doing less rather than more over time. I'm still doing this as a hobby, and I’m incredibly thankful to everyone who has supported me and continues to do so — but you don’t have to. If you’re not satisfied with my content, I can only encourage you to explore alternatives. There are many other creators out there who probably release more content and might even be better than me!

2025-03-18 18:01:42 +0000 UTCIf I had to say something, I would say that the new content is quite less compared to the old pictures you upload. I mean, the "Old But Gold" section is already at number 43, while "Early" is barely at number 18. And I know you upload other things like raffles or exclusive sets. But it still feels a little disappointing that the new content that we pay for (at least in my case) is so little. There are days when you just upload old sets and nothing new. I don't know if that's what you were looking for in this post, but I wanted to say it.

2025-03-14 19:18:23 +0000 UTCRegarding the "Character Request Raffles" project, I suggest adding more winners and implementing a voting system. As participation increases - for example, if 30 people participate - the winning probability becomes extremely low. How about selecting 5 lucky winners from 30 participants? Then we could initiate a vote to choose the ultimate winner from these 5 selected characters. This approach would both maintain the element of luck while ensuring a majority-approved outcome. Additionally, we could establish protective mechanisms such as preventing the same character from winning twice within a short timeframe. We might also create themed events: Video game character exclusive events Mobile game character events Educator-themed events Isekai (alternate world) character events Glasses-wearing character events Short-haired character events Underrepresented/niche character events "Other Characters' Mothers" category ...with specific themes to be determined by you.

Since you're not offering commissions at this point, I don't think there are any other great options. If there's no limit to the amount of characters you can put on a multiple select poll, then just throw 'em all on there, and then reset the list for each raffle and put up the new suggestions. If that is just too many, you can limit them further by adding only a certain number of them that have the most likes (some other creators I'm subbed to do this) . Still, the popular characters will win, but since everyone can select multiple characters, the winner will be a reflection of what the majority of your subs want to see. To ensure one character doesn't keep winning, you could exclude them from a certain number of future raffles.

2025-03-14 17:15:17 +0000 UTCAbout the thematic sets, it is not you are obliged to make them 24/7 because it is unreasonable, but it would be great to offer them as an option either for community to decide or offer them as a special service. Something I have found that other creators do to create 200+ image sets. Is to have a template of scenarios( posing, tease, reveal, masturbation, fellatio, ejacuation, insertion, different intercourse scenarios and some sort of finisher). So there is a pattern you can use to make it more manageable to make if you want to make mega sets. However, for truly custom ones, I really think they should be made special.

They can get ideas from a pinned post or chat where members share their ideas to filter out the no good ones to prevent trouble. They'll also "guide" the brainstorming in a specific way like "I have this X and do you think Y is better or Z is". Stuff like that. And yes, things get out of hand if members are left to a free-for-all.

I definitely value diversity — it’s probably fair to say I’m one of the creators with the most different characters made overall. I’ve always had a soft spot for less popular characters and genuinely enjoy making them. As mentioned in the Post above, I’m not willing to take requests at this point. Regarding the same character winning repeatedly — it’s pretty unlikely, but it’s a good idea to block them from future entries to keep things balanced. Creating thematic or story-based sets would take up most of my time, and I wouldn’t be able to maintain my current posting pace. My Exclusive Sets are actually exactly what you’re describing — but imagining doing those every day or even every other day… it’d just be too much. AI still isn’t capable of producing consistent, continuous images. It’s only possible through a lot of trial and error and some creative workarounds. I’ll look into a cloud service, but I can’t promise anything yet.

This provides equal opportunity for less popular characters to be chosen (outside of requests/commissions). Another is polls. This is where the popular characters edges less popular ones. Since the choices are limited (set by you), you can check the pulse on what your members want. Aside from characters, you can also put scenarios that you have in mind or are ready to generate. You can even put up multiple choices (or multiple polls) wherein members select the character first, then the scenario, then outfit etc. Maybe other than characters, you can ask members for scenarios or theme they'd like to see a specific character (i.e. Tsunade selected by you). Like Tsunade in a fantasy world with partner orcs or maybe in a modern setting like race car driver. Or vice versa that you pick the scenario and ask which character members would like to see in that setting. You can limit it to a poil so it can be limited to ones you can generate as people's imaginations can run really wild. As for my idea, I'd like to see some standing 69 position lol.

Or did I misunderstand what you meant? I think I know which characters you’re referring to, and honestly, both of them were pretty well-received. Everyone has different tastes, after all — it’d be pretty boring if everyone liked the same thing, right? Since I’m not offering commissions, this is actually the only way to have your favorite character made by me. That was the original idea behind the raffles. I could definitely do polls for characters, but with so many options, how would I decide which ones to include? Plus, wouldn’t the same characters from Naruto and Bleach keep winning since they’re the most popular? How do you think I should handle that?

A raffle for multiple characters, like a group photo set, would take significantly more time to create since AI still isn’t quite at the point where this is easy to pull off. But I really like the idea of introducing different types of raffles. Do you have any other ideas besides a group set?

2025-03-14 12:27:19 +0000 UTCI have a list of suggestions which I think, would work out nicely. There are 3 systems I for character suggestion which I are viable but all of them have some sort of drawback. Firstly, the character raffle is good idea when you want to be as diverse as possible but has the problem that some people would really want to see some popular character to be created. It is great in the sense that make sure that extremely popular character Raiden Shogun, Eula, Shenhe, Yelan and fan favourites like for example, Tatsumaki, Nico Robin, Tsunade, Rangiku Matsumoto, Erza Scalet are generated less. However, there are popular for a reason because so should be prioritized over less popular characters like for example Samui from Naruto or let's say Baiken from Guitly Gear. Characters pools on the other hand skews the characters into the direction of what kind of community you have. I have seen some people do only do gacha games (Genshin Impact/ Honkai Star Rail/ Azur Lane). This is generally okay, but this absolutely destroys diversity as characters outside your community's favorites rarely get a change. Finally, personalized requests. This shares the best of both worlds but would produce smaller works because obviously there will be a lot of requests and producing high quality work be difficult. If you go for the poll route, one solution would be to put characters on a timer so that they do not get repeatedly chosen 4 times in a month, while having a raffle for giving less popular character also a chance. Character suggestions would be cool, but I would rather have bigger works for a chosen character than many smaller ones, which bring me to the last idea. Assuming a character gets a chosen. It would be nice to have some story/scenario like a comic/doujin. It does not have to have text but some contiguous coherent images which does not make the work like chopped sequence of images. For example, dungeon like scenario where the character gets dominated or something vanilla like date in carnaval. Overall, I think providing thematic with longer sequences would be more interesting than having 20 images of some character and then moving to the next character. The bigger the set the better. One final one, having good distribution service like cloud service Mega/Discord/Cloud Drive would be very nice because updates on Patreon is especially cumbersome for getting the work. Zip archives are better than nothing, put having a way to share all the work at once would be great, as Patreon is quite horrible for sharing content directly.

The disappointment factor is only amplified by the fact that Alex's content is of high quality and takes more time to produce. Some creators start catering to specific fetishes due to certain requests, and I feel like this can also be alienating to the majority. Perhaps doing a multi-select poll based on the raffle choices would be more desirable to the majority and improve satisfaction.

As more people participate, the winning probability becomes increasingly low, and consecutive failures over multiple attempts can amplify feelings of disappointment. Moreover, some of the previously awarded characters (like protagonists' mothers or classmates' mothers) weren't aesthetically appealing - they seemed to mainly satisfy individual curiosities rather than being interesting to the majority, which left many participants dissatisfied. Perhaps we could introduce alternative candidate characters for community voting instead. This approach would ensure fairness while better satisfying majority preferences, similar to how "Tsunade" was previously selected through popular vote.
