Movie Poll: Random!

The last weekly polls winner will be available this Saturday.
Reminder: movies that don't win does not mean they will never be watched, it just means they will be watched later. Please be respectful to each others opinions, we're all just here to have fun and watch movies :)

You're still missing a lot of good Terry Gilliam movies. "Brazil" most of all (caution: good and bad versions) and "The Fisher King"

fforw

The 2nd and 3rd were major letdowns compared to the books

Low Post

Really hoping to see Matilda on a poll...

Logan Nelson

Narnia is definitely worth a watch around Christmas time, it just suits a winter time, and Christmas time, feel. I also really like its sequel, Prince Caspian. The third one is not bad, but yeah. First two are really good little fantasy movies.

Astraeos

Speedy recovery, mate.

Maiki

Darn, was in the hospital and didnt get to vote. Hope Little Nicky and Lemony will get a watch at some point anyways :D

Since it looks we might get Road Trip soon, it's yet another comedy with an Unrated/Theatrical situation. As usual the Unrated version is what people would have bought on disk...which means that people who obtain movies through alternate means are going to find that version quite easily. The theatrical version is what's likely on streaming services. From what I remember the differences between versions aren't major, but the timing will be different.

Brandon

Definitely would like to see some Bruce Lee movies on here.

That reminds me, Outside Providence (1999) was a funny Farrely-adjacent stoner comedy that I, at least, might vote for depending on the competition. My first Amy Smart movie, and a very funny supporting turn by Alec Baldwin before he became known for...other things.

I will just say that Road Trip is the movie that made Amy Smart my absolute biggest celebrity crush right around the turn of the century.

Tom Green is da bom in Freddy Got Fingered yo

Odd Thomas

Yes I just recently realized they haven’t reacted to Sister Act

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

I can't believe how badly Wicked is doing. That makes me sad. And to a slightly lesser degree, the same goes for Narnia. For recommendations, I'd love to see: -Homeward Bound (1993) -Sister Act -Iron Will Iron Will has no chance on a poll because it's too under the radar and not enough people know what it is anymore, but I will recommend it any chance I get.

Raven Dark

I concur

Not sure how many people may see this comment or if anyone would really read it but I’d love to hear Simone & George’s opinion and thoughts on the sequel to American Werewolf in London, titled American Werewolf in Paris, not everyone loves it but I feel like it’s entertaining and thought provoking with additional stuff on the story that I’m sure they’d find interesting with the ending of the first being so sudden

Hope there's some plans to do the latest Bong Joon Ho film, Mickey 17. I wasn't the biggest fan of it personally but, it's definitely worth watching & think it'd make for a really good reaction. My favorite part was just how outrageous Mark Ruffalo & Toni Collette are in it

How about making a poll for certain 80s and 70s movie stars, chuck Norris, Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, bette midler, cher, Paul Newman, Jean Claude, John Travolta, lily tomlin, Bruce Lee, and Harrison Ford?

Danika Silva

I'm not sure I'm ready for Tom Green on this channel. Recs for future viewing: Perks of Being a Wallflower Manchester by the Sea Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri Forgetting Sarah Marshall Sideways Drive The Royal Tenenbaums Midnight in Paris Because Anthony Hopkins: The Edge (1997) Lesser known alternative to Road Trip: Sex Drive (2008) (also happens to be a road trip movie...same brand of raunchy humor)
