Price is down to its Full Cycle low under the blue support line and in between the 0.618 Fib and 0.78 Fib, this cycle did start after the GFC in 2009.
So there is nothing odd about this structure right now....apart from some weakness being below the 0.618 Fib
Everything else is standard.
$TGT is in a prime position now to start a new impulse wave and has not been following the market. It also has a +4.5% Dividend.
ER today needs to show a positive trend after beating on its last ER too.
Recapturing the blue support line at $102 is a start and then the 0.618 Fib at $118.
Downside risk is still the 0.78 Fib at $76
However, the risk v reward favours a new impulse wave starting soon.
