We will likely never know unless this is a successful move......but the only position I agree with is that having a strong position in $EL is probably not a bad idea.
I would not be 100% in $EL however and I certainly would not be -50% of my Portfolio short in $NVDA right now.
Price has so far held on the 0.887 Fib at $49 and has now broken out of this downward channel that has been in place since 2022.
There are no changes to this chart, we have been following this for some time now.
If the breakout continues to be successful then we should see a move up to the 50 WMA just slightly below the 0.78 Fib at $86.
We want to see a series of higher highs and higher lows next to confirm a new impulse wave is starting
For now, there is no reason why this does not consolidate sideways like $INTC until margins and growth improve.
