$ASTS - WATCHLIST -

Ok ER after the close today.

We added on Friday on the $25.50 level and happy with the bounce with the market today

But now we need to see the ER out of the way and a positive reaction from the market

The implied move is -/+ 18% so I do expect a strong move over the next 24hrs.

A hold above the $25.50 blue line and I expect $ASTS to move up to the ATH level again at $39, flipping this level then to support and the Wave 3 target is $77.

Any concerns from the ER today and the downside risk is back to the 0.618 Fib at $16.20 I believe.

This is a long term hold because they are not receiving any substantial revenue now and are not profitable but their Moat is remarkable and worth its valuation higher.

ASTS has a lot of promise that's for sure, but it's really all about how well they're going to be able to execute. As I understand it, they currently have 6 satellites in orbit but at scale they'll need 90 globally. At $30 million a pop, they're going to need to raise a lot of capital and execute incredibly well. Manufacturing and scaling is the hard part. I'd imagine if they get the next launches done on time and on budget, I could see Starlink/SpaceX buying them. After all, they use SpaceX to launch into space. Hell of a cool business. I bought some shares at $24.50 and excited to watch it all unfold. Thanks for bring this to our attention Cap, it's a fun ride to say the least!

ASTS ahead when it comes to cellular, Starlink been heavily focused on internet. Also on Apple as example, Starlink has to be integrated whereas ASTS doesn't. ASTS satellites are larger with a better ability to receive and bounce cellular signals, but finally the big kicker, ASTS have PATENTS, protecting their technology.

So I like Asts but some people questioned me about their moat. Starlink is starting to work with t-mobile for direct to cell connection. Why is Asts stronger and better than any other company that’s trying to the same things.

I’m in this one too. Ready for either direction. Should be a FCF printing machine next few years 💪
