Hello XO

I'm planning to send Reiki tonight to every name on my Patreon list. :) I will begin at 9pm EST and end around 9:45.

If you have never experienced distance Reiki before- there is nothing you need to do to receive it- only be "open" or accepting of the energy. So if you are not interested simply saying to yourself "no thank you" or "not at this time" rejects the energy.

Each person senses and is effected by energy differently. Some find they have slept better or feel generally more calm and relaxed. Others actually feel the energy as a warm hug or tingle sensations.

If you are busy at the time of the sending it can still reach you, but if you would like to tap into this energy at a different time you can set an intention to do so. Think of it like a little bubble of energy waiting for you to accept it. :)
