The glaze for your hair would be some brands of cheaper hair products which essentially add a wax layer to make it look shiny like apples in the grocery store. Conditioner is not necessary for hair at the root since your natural scalp oils generally keep it nice and smooth and shiny, but conditioner is useful for the longer lengths of hair.

For me and *some* family members, added sugars make us ache, probably due to extra inflammation. I am much less creaky, now that I avoid it.
