2024-11-07 16:41:40 +0000 UTCI know people who used a soda/bitters as their "get sober" drink (It was me, I did that.) and while bitters is high-proof liquor, the amount used is so negligible compared to a shot of it (1-to-2 ounces depending on how much the bartender likes/loaths you, or if they are in a place where they are required to measure their shots for each cocktail [If the bartender has to jigger the pour, chances are they hate everyone]) that you would have to drink several in an hour to even catch a buzz, which is possible, but not probable.

The wedding venue was nearly at their house, so I guess that's why, but Veronica's connection to Dora is - idk, former in-law, kinda?
