I'm thinking that Reva was one of the young Jedis in the opening of ep 1 that escaped Order 66. She probably had to survive on the streets alone. Then she was probably recruited to the Inquisitors where she found out that Obi Wan and other Jedi had survived and that probably pissed her off that they abandoned all those younglings to fend for themselves
