The Expanse Season 2 Episode 1 Full Review and Reaction!

Unfortunately, I was not able to sit down and do both episodes 1 and 2 at the same time, though I would've liked to do so. My voice just wasn't going to hold out for it (you'll see what I mean in the video haha).
I am currently working on the edited version of this episode as well as editing True Detective Episode 6. I'm hoping they'll both be up here before the end of the night. Thanks everybody and I hope you enjoy!

Gotta love Chrisjen's skilled maneuvering in this episode, though it was such a huge risk to make comments about knowing the captain on route to Phoebe Station. It would have been hard to watch her crash and burn if that scene would have played out differently with Admiral Nguyen knowing him or if the Captain had launched a counterstrike to initial Mars launch. All credibility lost for sure, guess it pays to be a river boat gambler sometimes :) I thought that Miller and Amos scene bristled. Those crazy Amos eyes after first punches were thrown tho! I can imagine Wes Chatham ends up being an action star in the next few years, he definitely has the menacing physicality and the ability to deliver the dead pan one liners. He would have been perfect for 80/90's Action Movies. No doubt, he will prolly end up in The fast And The Furious franchise in the next few years? Brian's long lost brother? Maybe... :D

Love seeing Miller with some people he can get along with, we can talk more about him seeing Julie later on. Jules Pierre Mao is a f***ed up guy; he's corrupt, power hungry, thinks he can play god, these things are true. What's also true, not to absolve him of his many crimes, is that he loves and admires Julie, Good depth of character, no mustache twirling bad guys here. We meet Bobby Draper as played by Frankie Adams, I love how she plays that part. Cotyar provides a good foil for the woman with the best outfits. And we also got to meet the bobblehead. I just love the richness in this story1 For the sore throat it's all about the tea and honey.
