About the Character Audio Poll

On another note. Someone has suggested I keep Spideypool and Geraskier off the poll for a while as they seem to keep winning.
So I wanted to know ya'll opinion. Should I keep it how it is, where if one pairing wins the current poll they aren't allowed on the next one but are allowed on the next one after? Or should I keep the winning pairing off for longer and if so how long?
